UNIVERSITY ALUMNI
Of the more than 50,000 Yeshiva University
alumni throughout all 50 states and in more than 36 other countries,
almost a third have graduated from YU’s three undergraduate colleges.
These schools have produced distinguished leaders in government service,
education, law, medicine, business, social service, and science.
Graduates maintain close relationships with one another and with their
respective schools through a number of alumni associations. The
fundamental goal of alumni involved in these associations is to make
their alma mater better today than it was yesterday, and to make it even
better tomorrow.
Alumni associations encourage involvement.
Whether planning or attending reunions, mentoring current and former
students, or contributing funds for scholarships, etc., alumni exert a
positive influence. In addition, alumni associations regularly sponsor
lecture series as well as award presentations and other activities on
campus, throughout the United States, and in Israel.
All graduates receive Yeshiva University Review, the university’s alumni
magazine, as well as other newsletters and program announcements. In
addition, YU’s Online Alumni Community allows graduates to locate and
communicate with one another.
The Office of University Alumni Affairs is
located on
the Wilf Campus and coordinates programs, events, and organizational efforts
for all graduates. Staff members are available to assist individual
alumni with information about alumni activities and to serve as liaisons
among associations.
